The organization responsible for the Global Customer Success (GCS) is leading the effort to create a desired customer experience through the creation of support offers, the digital transformation of tools, and the delivery of operational excellence across the CE&S. This is a role that primarily involves individuals who are dedicated to customer success. They will have conversations with security-related accounts in EMEA, these conversations will be supported by Security Copilot, the largest customer of this type in the world. Responsibilities: Customer Centricity Understanding of customers' overall business and technological concerns will help to create applications that include DevOps processes, AI, and low code. Acts as the advocate of the customer by encouraging new information into the engineering, the insights of user behavior and patterns of application. Coordination of S&K Connect's Developer resources will help to improve customer satisfaction and will help to accelerate solutions by increasing the customer's and/or partner's resource gaps. Help customers learn and maintain the necessary skills by acting as a trusted technical adviser, this will ensure that customers are ready for the technical discussion and will facilitate the practical application of knowledge and enable operational health and cloud readiness. Ensure that the solution has the capacity to perform, be secure, have a scalable, maintainable and reliable architecture when deployed. Business Impact Consumption (Cloud & Support) increase - Create opportunities to enhance the Customer Success of S&K Connect investments and help Customers gain value from their investments. Resolution of Customer Blockers - Describe the resolutions to Customer blockers that are based on subject matter knowledge and utilize internal S&K Connect processes to escalate to support and engineering. Actively seeks out ways to promote consumption by recognizing, promoting, and driving the customer's business goals and concerns. Helps customers/ partners drive forward their relationships by anticipating, recognizing, increasing, and resolving technical impediments that will help to accelerate the consumption of products and the implementation of solutions. actively employs knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of S&K Connect and its competitors in conversations with customers or partners in order to identify opportunities for growth based on the knowledge of customer needs. Technical Leadership Discoveries new technologies or services that are in line with the customer's needs and common patterns in the development of Cloud applications. Communicates ideas, concepts, and technical insight to technical teams and internal communities. Participates in external technical community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetings, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons). Ideas that are new and improve the existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for a designated customer or partner. Opportunities for reusing IP, sharing best practices, and enhancing consumption are all part of the drives. Necessary qualifications/Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or another field associated with technology, and relevant experience in the cloud/ infrastructure, information technology (IT) support, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or other fields. Additional or preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and a lot of experience in cloud/ infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) support, system administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultation o. Experienced working in a customer-oriented role (e.g., internal or external). Experience that is relevant to the technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, KS Solutions Web Services, Google, security licenses). English language ability: comfortable in reading, writing and speaking.
