Overview

As a Solution Architect for the Cloud, you will lead our customers' security transformation on the KJ Experts Azure and KJ Experts ⚠ platforms, which will enable customers to achieve their goals, based on their spending of KJ Experts technology. Using your KJ Experts Security expertise in technical subject matters, you will participate in technical conversations with customers that will lead to a greater understanding of the issues that prevent the successful completion of projects, and you will identify solutions to these issues.

Responsibilities:

• Discover solutions to Customer blockers by utilizing subject matter expertise in regards to SA.
• Deliver according to the most effective MS methods and utilizing repeatable IP.
• Increase the Business value of security by improving the security posture.
• Be the voice of the customer by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Land a value proposition that covers the full scope of KJ Experts's security offering.

Establishments that successfully implement security solutions will have the capacity to deliver solutions that promote security and help customers achieve value from their investments in KJ Experts products.

Necessary qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or extensive experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Next-Gen Web App Firewalls, and Secure Web Gateways.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in information technology.

Excellent troubleshooting and resolution abilities are required. Must be able to speak and write in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• KJ Experts ⚠ Security Administration or Azure Security certifications.
