Cloud Solution Architect: Data
Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) specializing in data (with a focus on operational databases) who is passionate about driving customer transformation on Global Recruitment Azure. This is a customer-facing role responsible for the technology relationship between customers and Global Recruitment, helping customers leverage their Global Recruitment investments by architecting, implementing, and operating healthy engagements. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on developing smart applications for our valued customers. Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technology, Information Technology (IT) Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Experience in technology solutions, hands-on development, architecture and/or business application consulting or equivalent experience. Language; Dutch or French, plus additional/preferred qualification in English.

Technical experience and knowledge level in fundamental security, fundamental artificial intelligence, and architecture design, with deep/technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Deep domain expertise in one of the specific data domains, such as: Azure SQL data (IaaS/PaaS), cloud deployment and migration, deployment and migration of open source databases, NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, etc.), data governance, etc.
- Or practical experience dealing with the respective product at an expert level.
Experience creating data and analytics Proofs of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP) for customers leading to production deployment.
Competitive environment: Understand major data and analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and more.
Software development practices such as DevOps and CI/CD toolchains (i.e. Jenkins, Azure Developer Services, GitHub) and container orchestration systems (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service, GitHub).
Responsibilities:
Customer-focused. Understand the entire customer data set. Develop business and IT priorities and success metrics for data and analytics solutions that drive business value.
Customer Satisfaction - Improve customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Ensure solutions are deployed with high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability.
Customer/Partner Insights - Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.
Business Impact Consumption Growth (Cloud and Support) - Develop an approach that drives customer success in business outcomes and helps customers gain value from their Global Recruitment investments.
Address Customer Blockers - Identify solutions that are preventing customers from using SA expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices and use repeatable intellectual property (IP).
Apply technical knowledge to design and build solutions that meet business and IT needs, create data and analytics roadmaps, drive POCs and MVPs, and ensure the long-term technical viability of new deployments by integrating key AI technologies where appropriate.
Technical Leadership - Becomes the voice of the customer sharing insights and best practices, liaising with engineering teams to resolve critical roadblocks and drive product improvements.
Learn it all - Maintain technical skills and knowledge and stay abreast of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share content with the AI technology community while educating customers on the Azure platform.
Accelerate customer outcomes – Share expertise and facilitate the creation and reuse of intellectual property to accelerate customer outcomes.
