Welcome to a successful team as a Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) specializing in Azure AI and passionate about driving customer transformation on J&M Match Azure. This is a customer-facing role responsible for the technology relationship between customers and J&M Match, helping customers leverage their J&M Match investments by architecting, implementing, and operating healthy engagements.

Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:

⚠+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure Technology, Information Technology (IT) Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Practice Development, Architecture and/or Business Applications Consulting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer-centric understanding of the entire customer database. Business and IT priorities and success metrics for designing data and analytics solutions that drive business value.
  • Customer Satisfaction – Improve customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Ensure solutions have high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability and deployment reliability.
  • Customer/Partner Insights – Provide customer/partner feedback and insights.
  • Situational Skills: Use self-awareness as a mechanism for interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues to improve the ability to "read the room."
  • Insightful Listening: Ask insightful questions to understand the customer’s needs, problems, business environment and drivers, then go beyond what the customer says.
  • Impact on business. Consumption Growth (Cloud and Support) - Develop opportunities that drive successful customer business outcomes and help customers gain value from their J&M Match investments.
  • Address Customer Barriers – Leverage SA’s expertise to identify solutions to customer barriers. Deliver according to MS best practices and use repeatable intellectual property (IP).
  • Apply technical knowledge to design and build solutions that meet business and IT needs, create data and analytics roadmaps, drive POCs and MVPs, and ensure long-term technical viability of new deployments.
  • Introducing critical AI technologies where technology leads: Be the voice of the customer, share insights and best practices, work with engineering teams to resolve critical roadblocks, and drive product improvements.
  • Strong technical experience and knowledge in fundamental security, fundamental AI, and architecture design, with deep/subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Deep domain knowledge in one of the data specific areas, e.g. Azure AI, Azure.
  • Practical experience working on corresponding products at ML, OpenAI, LL.M. or expert level.
  • Experience creating data and analytics Proofs of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP) for customers leading to production deployment.
  • Competitive environment: Understand major data and analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Software development practices such as DevOps and CI/CD toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, Azure Developer Services, GitHub) and container orchestration systems (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud) Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service, GitHub.
