As a Cloud Logistics Operations Manager on the CMOF team, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing logistics, sales and supply chain operations across multiple geographies. This position requires an in-depth understanding of cross-border transportation, Incoterms, import and export trade compliance and project management. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement. Qualifications Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field with extensive experience in logistics, sales, and supply chain management with an emphasis on cross-border transportation, import and export trade compliance, and project management. or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in high value asset/technology logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree, professional certification in logistics and supply chain management preferred; proven track record in managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain operations. Experience developing and implementing trade compliance policies and programs; strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business areas. Ability to improve logistics supply chain operational efficiency and continuous improvement, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and web modeling tools; Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills;

This role requires the ability to meet DS&C Agency, customer, and/or government security clearance requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specific security checks:

DS&C Agency Cloud Background Check - Passing a DS&C Agency Cloud Background Check is required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global and regional supply chain strategies for hardware logistics, inventory management and data center hardware distribution with in-depth knowledge of Incoterms and import and export trade compliance.
• Support and lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to develop and implement end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities for logistics supply chain infrastructure and partnerships.
• Contributes to the development and interpretation of data-driven recommendations based on logistics network modeling, benchmarking and financial analysis.
• Lead and support cross-functional project teams to solve complex logistics and supply chain problems.
• Optimize transportation routes with SOP, reduce freight costs, minimize damage and replacement costs, and improve operational performance efficiency.
