Create operational excellence as CI Lean Manager at Willebroek Distribution Center. As a Key Member As a member of Willebroek's Tenneco/Driv DC leadership team, the CI Lean Manager will play an important role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a Lean culture within our facility. The role involves planning, executing and reporting on various improvement projects while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Your Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement optimization projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage DMAIC approach to corrective action plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve Lean/CI management systems and establish effective policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain EMEA DC metrics reporting sets and leverage data models for in-depth analysis.
  • Promote a ⚠S culture by demonstrating innovative and creative behaviors and identifying priorities for improvement.
  • Work with the management team to define and achieve improvement project goals through DMAIC.
  • Execute process diagrams and prioritize improvements using Six Sigma methodology.
  • Organize toolbox meetings to provide information and training to the team on the innovation process.
  • You will serve as an internal advisor on CI matters, providing expertise and advice on current and future needs.
  • Create and manage follow-up tools/dashboards to track and monitor all website improvement projects.

Your Profile:

  • We are looking for proven expertise in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and their practical implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and good written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven analytical thinking for sustainable continuous improvement projects.
  • Hands-on experience in process engineering and process gap identification.
  • Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with confidence.
  • Learn about Manhattan WMS and Project/Change Management.
  • Experience with the DMAIC methodology and its application to corrective action planning.
  • SQL skills for report writing in Manhattan.
  • Ability to drive ⚠S culture and present innovation in process improvements.
  • Background knowledge of metrics reporting and data models to improve decision-making skills.
  • Proactive and proactive with the ability to initiate and drive projects.
