- Design Chatbot and Conversation interactions to enhance the airport's direct communication with passengers (e.g., within our mobile app, such as our new GPS navigator).
- Ensure optimal functionality aligned with customer and stakeholder needs, aiming to exceed their expectations and contribute to the company's overall objectives.
- Manage content and structure, collaborating with the team to implement changes. Provide support to the Customer Care team for queries or issues.
- Study, research, and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and user experience.
- Assist in drafting the roadmap, ensuring team alignment on digital strategies.
- Translate complex situations into simple actions and personalized communications for travelers in the real world.
- Demonstrate attentiveness to business concerns, difficulties, and priorities while seeking efficient solutions balancing speed, quality, and volume.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch and English with passive knowledge of the second official language, French.
- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) principles, digital channels, and software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMS, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, AB testing, and Agile methodologies.
