What will you be involved in?

  • The Global Recruitment Channel Leader role is designed to grow coffee capabilities across our countries while providing significant input into strategic decision-making and thinking in support of the Global Recruitment channel strategy.

What you will do:

  • Ensure our coffee team and key stakeholders in local organizations in the coffee market understand the channel when working with Global Recruitment.
  • Drive our nation’s channel expertise through clear gap assessments and roadmaps that consider market and workforce capabilities.
  • Ensure customer segmentation is in place and lead to revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Build differentiation through each channel's service strategy and clear strategic business model investments to win profits in the market.
  • Work with countries to develop solid channel strategies and campaign plans to improve channel performance.
  • Supports complete strategic decisions on solutions and product portfolios for designated channels.
  • Helps integrate hot channel vision and strategy into the overall Global Recruitment channel strategy.
  • Develop and support implementation of correct channel-to-market paths.
  • Create, maintain and activate a community of channel experts from various countries to promote expertise.
  • Provide advice on agricultural and hunting strategic decisions chosen by the state.
  • Build channel playbooks while ensuring the right training strategies and training customization are designed for designated channels.
  • Partner with other key functions including:
    • Coffee Country Manager
    • Commercial Leads
    • Field Sales and Key Account Manager
    • Group Coffee Capability Director
    • Group Coffee Team
    • Costa Marketing and Sales Team

What we expect from you:

  • Must have extensive experience working in commercial or marketing roles in the coffee industry experience.
  • High level knowledge of coffee winning strategies and winning techniques for professional channels, especially job channels.
  • Coffee consumer marketing skills, trade leadership.
  • Strong drive for results and action.
  • Comprehensive business understanding and business judgment.
  • Operational planning (routines, processes).
  • Establish control) Financial acumen - Analytical thinking and comprehensive communication and relationship skills at all levels.
  • Ability to manage relationships and lead without delegation.

  • The Global Recruitment Channel Leader role is designed to grow coffee capabilities across our countries while providing significant input into strategic decision-making and thinking in support of the Global Recruitment channel strategy.

What you will do:

  • Ensure our coffee team and key stakeholders in local organizations in the coffee market have channel understanding at work by driving Global Recruitment channel expertise in our countries and develop clear gap assessments that take into account market capabilities and people capabilities and roadmap.
  • Customer segmentation is in place and leads to sales growth and cost optimization.
  • Establish a differentiated business model through service strategies and clear strategic investments in each channel to win profits in the market.
  • Restructure and restructure working channel sales processes using coffee-specific tools:
  • Work with countries to create and co-develop solid channel strategies and campaign plans to improve channel performance.
  • Fully support strategic solution and product portfolio decisions for designated channels.
  • Help integrate hot channel vision and strategy into the Global Recruitment channel's overall strategy and help drive the right path to market for the channel.
  • Cultivate and encourage a community of channel experts in each country to enhance expertise.
  • Provide advice on agricultural and hunting strategic decisions chosen by the state.
  • Create channel manuals while ensuring the correct training strategies and training adaptations are in place for assigned channels.

    • Coffee Country Manager

    • Field Sales and Key Account Manager
    • Group Coffee Capability Director
    • Group Coffee Team
    • Costa Marketing and Sales Team

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in a commercial or marketing role within the coffee industry Experience
  • Must have a high level of knowledge of coffee winning strategies and skills in professional channels, especially job channels.
  • Coffee consumer marketing skills, trade leadership.
