We are looking for a Certified and Authorized Engineer for a partner specializing in the rail industry. The primary responsibility of the C&A Project Manager is to coordinate all activities and collect required deliverables/evidence with various internal and external project stakeholders to obtain necessary certifications and approvals for the project. Define and execute certification and authorization project plans based on the project's QCD objectives. Define legal references and related requirements applicable to project certification and authorization. Plan all C&A related activities in coordination with the project team based on existing standards, regulations, and experience from previous or similar projects.

Preparation for the procurement of external assessment services: prepare tender documents according to the determined assessment scope, implement the tender process, evaluate quotes, draft contracts and negotiate with experts in cooperation with the procurement department.

Monitor developments Providing certification/evidence to relevant stakeholders through regular workshops with various departments and subcontractors. Organize and manage the assessment process with external assessment agencies (notified bodies, nationally designated agencies, etc.), monitor/follow up on relevant action plans, and review and approve assessment reports.

Compilation of certification and authorization dossiers: content definition, compliance with formal requirements, submission of official authorization applications to European and/or national authorities.

Performance Measurement: Program Certification and Authorization. QCD target. Master's degree in European or national railway regulatory engineering (e.g. through ERA or NSA training) Experience with certification and authorization processes in the railway industry • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages ​​an advantage. Knowledge of railway/signaling systems and products.

Strictly adhere to the procedures and regulations related to the C&A field. A team player. Autonomous and proactive. Excellent communication and coordination skills (with internal and external stakeholders) provided by RD Match
