Team Coordinator Role

As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management, coaching, and guidance of your team. You will create a pleasant working environment where everyone can be themselves. Your role involves working with other team members, planners, and specialists in the field to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring agreements.

• Provide operational leadership and support to the team.
• Ensure team meets service agreements for optimal customer experience.
• Promote close collaboration with other teams.
• Lead projects in the customer, quality, or medical sector.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Proficient in Office applications.
