Job Description: Capacity Planning Manager at Global Recruitment (ATS EU)

Global Recruitment (ATS EU) is seeking a Capacity Planning Manager to lead strategic initiatives with a cross-functional scope in Munich, Luxembourg, or London.

Responsibilities:

• Improve operational performance by establishing and maintaining operational metrics
• Communicate metrics to leadership and stakeholders through daily/weekly meetings
• Promote best practices across departments and the network
• Create and maintain support and resources for projects and initiatives
• Develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects
• Lead change management initiatives with a data-driven approach
• Drive implementation of effective changes and ensure project success

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree relevant to the position
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Data analysis abilities with expertise in SQL and Excel
• Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Master's degree is preferred
• Basic understanding of data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
