What is your role as a Business Intelligence Manager at C&VA Match? We seek a talented manager of BI to promote the data culture across the organization's departments. You're attempting to instill a data management philosophy for strategic information development: the development of business intelligence (BI): as a business intelligence manager, you implement the vision of C&VA Match and promote the development of the BI team to a superior level. This is where you fulfill both a strategic, oversight role and an operational and technical role.

As the "trusted advisor" of strategic business intelligence, you promote the most effective, extensive, and broad utilization of business intelligence within the organization, you take all of the stakeholders into consideration in order to achieve goals. Cross-disciplinary role: Your position includes both front and back office, in conjunction with a multi-sector team (general management, finance, supply, human resources, food and FM, QHSE, IS&T, operational locations ...). You communicate with the CFO and a thin line with the CIO. Together, you gather, discuss, analyze and visualize information regarding management. You're near the departments, and you talk to them about which KPI are of greatest importance (quality, personnel, finances, etc.) in order to create dashboards that can be utilized for active management.

You describe the strategy for Data management at C&VA Match: Describe the current state of the art in data management, including all departments, by tracing the current data assets, identifying the creators and users. Today, data is used to make decisions based on facts, the purpose of existing reports is to rationalize. Manage, direct and implement our strategic data initiative over the course of five years, based on the recent assessment of data maturity and data culture, we will be an organization that is data driven, across departments. Within the strategic initiative, identify the use cases that are prioritized under sub projects, the alignment of these with global standards and a portfolio of projects that are associated with Data Governance, Platforms, Segments and IS&T. These needs must be implemented in order to have a significant impact at a larger scale.

Create a common linguistic foundation across disciplines, by creating shared definitions, classifications, and data patterns. Apply theory to practice by taking the first steps in existing projects, such as BI Finance and BI Supply. By being part of the new team dedicated to building, expanding and implementing new technologies. Drive and facilitate the technical access to data points with the local and global IT/Data teams. You're passionate and results-oriented when it comes to bridge building: you've obtained a master's degree and possessing five years of relevant experience in data analysis and data storage management. Serving others is vital. Having food/facility management experience is beneficial (or you want to develop it). Ideally, you have prior experience with tools for managing information, and a fondness for IT and ERP systems. You're proficient with apps and know how to process data in order to achieve the desired outcome. You've developed the technical abilities and insights necessary to access, arrange, and structure data into data warehouses, you're passionate about computers, and have a born-again attitude, but you're also flexible, practical, and eager to learn. partly because of this, you have an effect and transform practice into planning. You're an effective listener that thinks in creative ways about the internal customers. You understand the direction of travel and how to inspire them.
