Business Intelligence Engineer, Netwatch

JNS Connect is seeking a proactive candidate to develop innovative solutions for our European shipping network, with a focus on process optimization and automation. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with all JNS Connect shipping teams to identify strategic opportunities, enjoy the challenge of highly complex technical problems, and most importantly be passionate about data and analytics. He/she is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while being detail-oriented), and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that learns and develops every day. The successful candidate will be able to drive ideas and work from concept to execution, managing a broad portfolio of projects and initiatives. When you join our BRRT Agency team, you'll work across all regions and teams involved in shipping fulfillment and have a direct impact on our customers and the JNS Connect business.

As a member of the BRRT Agency team you will:

• Be responsible for the automation efforts of our central configuration team.
• Assist with long-term projects critical to the team. Starting from customer needs, we develop automated solutions for shipping processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
• Understand complex problems and build data-oriented frameworks and data models to make optimal decisions and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
• Create easy-to-use and actionable reports to guide decision-making and enable self-service so users can make decisions faster.
• Identify gaps and cost optimization opportunities in our transportation network and develop scalable processes and solutions to address these issues.

About the Team:

BRRT Agency is focused on improving the customer experience by creating, optimizing and automating JNS Connect shipping management processes while optimizing costs and human resources. In addition, we report on process performance and create mechanisms, frameworks and governance to guide management decisions. We welcome candidates willing to work in one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX

Basic Qualifications:

• Data/BI experience
• SQL Experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight or similar tools
• Experience using one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel , Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, chi-square)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, or R)
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle NoSQL, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or advanced technology Degree understanding of data modeling and data pipeline design.
• Experience in statistical analysis and correlation analysis.
