Team Overview:

The S&OP team has a significant role in predicting how much inventory will be required across different countries. We have all of the information necessary to handle everything from what Global Recruitment receives from vendors and sellers to what it shipped to our Fulfillment Centers (FCs). Our duties also include measuring the performance of S&OPs and driving towards continuous improvement in the planning processes of local communications, with a focus on reliability, speed, cost, and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer I to assist us in growing PAM across the world. This is a chance to be involved in a team that will take part in pioneering and entrepreneurial endeavors from the beginning. You'll have the forefront of creating models, developing solutions for data, and creating new metrics for visualizing activities in S&OP and automating processes.

• Create and implement models that are both scalable and data-driven, as well as metrics that are visualized to improve the automation of S&OP planning.
• Maintain and create new data processing pipelines, establishing a single source of truth for operational teams.
• Acquire critical process improvement efforts, utilizing complex models to augment S&OP planning automation.
• Cooperate with teams that have different functions in order to ensure that their work is in line with the business's goals and objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data via Global Recruitment, Oracle, NoSQL or another platform.
• Having data visualization experience using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Having one or more industry analysis tools that are visualized (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and other statistical tools (e.g. t-test, chi-square).
• Technical experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or R).
• Data experience (e.g., via participation in the data/biology space).
• Technical qualifications (e.g., a master's degree, or advanced degree in technology).
