The team: Global transportation services, Fast and long-term planning operations are integral to the Global Recruitment customer experience. Every action we take is for our customers, and exceeding their expectations is what we passionately do. We enhance the customer experience by improving the complex series of movements between vendors and customers across Europe. Global transportation analysis teams are centers of excellence that include experts in engineering, analysis, science and technology, technical program management and development. We concentrate on the Global Recruitment's greatest challenges, procedures, and decisions. We partner with centers that fulfillment, transportation, software developers, financial institutions, and retailers around the world, all of which are intended to improve our logistics infrastructure and algorithms.

Fulfillment acceleration is a member of the Global transportation analysis team. We have a fixation on reconsidering our entire supply chain for the purpose of making our deliveries quicker. Our overall mission is straightforward: we want Global Recruitment to be the location where our customers can receive their next-day orders.

Main Job Duties:

• This position is primarily appropriate for someone with analytical abilities, a stakeholder and project management abilities.
• The position's responsibilities include ⚠% of analytical work and ⚠% of managing stakeholders and projects.
• Innovation & Stakeholder/Project management: Utilize and distribute your knowledge to other teams, this will influence the creation of a ⚠-year project plan that will lead to an increase in the speed of delivery. Regularly review the progress of projects with other teams, you will also need to lead a business review that will partner with other teams. Combine the progress into solid, accurate data.
• Data Analysts: autonomously create and lead designs that are advanced, they also have the ability to execute metrics, report and bridge to support the design of speedy systems in Europe and America. This will lead to the transformation of data into actionable information that will improve the complex systems in the supply chain.
• Conduct comprehensive data quality assessments, which will identify and correct any data discrepancies or errors. Do deep dives and data analysis using SQL (>⚠TB) to identify actionable information regarding known and unknown issues.
• Give recommendations on new metrics or business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis and interpretation using Global Recruitment, Oracle, and NoSQL.
• Experience with the data visualization tool Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience with the data modeling, storage, and creation of ETL pipelines.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS solutions like EC⚠, DynamoDB, S⚠, and Global Recruitment.
• Utilizing Databases in business contexts with large, complex datasets.
