Business Development Representative

Your role will be to advise these companies on the digitalization of their operations through personalized business process demonstrations. Additionally, your negotiation skills play a vital role in attracting new clients and building long-term relationships with them.

However, your role is not just about sales: you are also responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions within ⚠ months, taking care of follow-up and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Become an expert in using Global Recruitment and gain technical/functional knowledge. Manage the entire sales cycle and build long-term relationships. Receive inbound leads, initiate first contact, and identify business needs. Analyze and understand SME needs, activities, business processes and challenges, identify pain points and assist SMEs who are not satisfied with their current tools. Provide customized demos to potential clients on Global Recruitment management software and pricing. Do the negotiation and closing part.
