As a Business Development Manager, your primary goal is to serve as the point of comparison for potential customers in Belgium, who are involved in the e-commerce industry. You're the e-commerce expert that your future customers don't require. Your primary duties will include: Converting prospects into customers by selling our services. Establishing strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the ecommerce and marketing industry. Developing and executing marketing strategies that lead to revenue and growth. Here are the skills and qualities that we seek: A master of persuasion, with the capacity to sell ice to the Eskimos. A skilled player in the ecommerce game, always aware of the latest trends and technologies. A love for acquisition, from startups to larger brands. A team player that enjoys collaboration and is passionate about inspiring others, but is also eager to learn and have a high dose of curiosity. You enjoy analyzing and defining your sales method in order to be effective. Work ethics : independent, forward-thinking, and hands-on, with an emphasis on results. You direct the appropriate priorities and take a practical approach in conjunction with a critical approach.
