Business Development Manager - Hunter
Our client, a well-known international company in transport and logistics solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen its team in Belgium.
You conduct research to identify new clients and partnership opportunities.
You create offers, source and close deals to build your customer base.
You build and maintain long-term relationships with foreign affiliates, customers and partners.
You will work closely with other departments to provide the best service to new customers.
You will work with the sales team to develop sales plans.
You report sales activity to a CRM system.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Logistics or equivalent experience (⚠ years).
They speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
You have excellent communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
You are a team player who is efficient, accurate and flexible.
Self-motivated and able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
