The client is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Foodservice industry - Dairy sector that will join their team in Brussels. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a concrete business development strategy for the foodservice sector in Belgium.
• Create and implement a plan for innovation based on the European product portfolio and industrial abilities.
• Discover and focus on the target segments and customers in the foodservice that will maximize sales.
• Create targeted marketing and sales campaigns and have a comprehensive understanding of the market route.
• Involve the Global Recruitment in order to maximize the effectiveness and compatibility of the system with the Dutch market.
• Create promotional materials, including pamphlets and talks.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify upcoming trends, consumer needs, and competitors.
• Participate in industry-related events, shows, and exhibitions, and ensure effective communication and interaction with potential clients.
• Provide frequent updates, reports, metrics and knowledge to higher-ups on business development and marketing efforts and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Sales
• ⚠-⚠ years of experience, plus a degree in Business Development or Marketing associated with the foodservice, specifically with cheese or dairy products.
• Languages (FR/ NL/ EN)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong entrepreneurial abilities and solutions to problems.
• Fantastic communication, critical thinking and presentation abilities.

• Trilingual French, Dutch and English language abilities.
