Business Development Manager - BENELUX - DU/EN


You will play a key role in driving business growth, cultivating strategic partnerships and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry. You represent the company at Benelux level and play a key role in its expansion. Our customers are leaders in the development of solutions for monitoring temperature and other physical parameters. Their connected solutions ensure compliance and continuous traceability in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, agri-food, logistics and transportation.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective market penetration strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and maximize market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies and industry partners.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closing by effectively communicating the value proposition of our medical device compliance monitoring.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and standards related to medical devices while monitoring compliance.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive activity.

The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Minimum ⚠/⚠ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Sales skills for products and technology solutions.
  • Master the “long” sales cycle (= ⚠ year and above).
  • Understand the healthcare industry regulatory environment.
  • Good knowledge of the market and areas to be developed: proficiency in Dutch, English and French is a great advantage.
