The business developer will have a significant role in developing the B⚠B activities within Global Recruitment (primarily Belgium, but also international movement from Belgium). Market research: Study the market to identify new opportunities for business including potential customers, competitors and market shifts. Relationship Management: cultivates and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers in order to form long term partnerships. Cross-functional collaboration/ Product development: As part of a fast-moving team that is dedicated to developing Global Recruitment's B⚠B business, the business developer must have the ability to work well with colleagues from operations, marketing and customer service. Communicating: Communicate frequently with the senior management about the progress, performance and any problems associated with the B⚠B logistics of parcels or pallets. Experience in B⚠B logistics, domestic or international, is beneficial (a plus is always beneficial). Additionally, a person must have a mentality that's propelled by the desire to succeed, a sense of autonomy, and a proactive attitude. These qualities are all important. Next to Belgium's leading post operator, Global Recruitment is also important in the European, North American and Asian markets as a logistics provider for e-commerce and parcels. We deliver packages and mail to the majority of doorsteps' customers and provide business and consumer logistic services. Is the position above something of value?
