Business Controller | Embark on a Revolution

A global leader in the healthcare industry is seeking a Business Director to drive its growth. The medical technology is located in Mechelen. You will be responsible for overseeing two different entities, implementing new processes and playing a leading role throughout the implementation process. You monitor and manage the company and gain insights into its performance and prospects. Additionally, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. They operate at a corporate level and therefore can exert significant influence through business units.

You'll also have the opportunity to work at one of the top ten healthcare companies in the world. Starting with Controlling, you monitor results using financial analysis and input from various departments and are the first point of contact. You will be responsible for monthly financial statements and will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. You review operational and financial KPIs and recommend timely adjustments when necessary. You analyze the differences between actual and planned numbers, reporting and discussing deviations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance You have at least ⚠ years of control experience. You speak English fluently and knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
