As a Management Consultant, you are the link between your clients and our technical team.

They examine business needs and turn problems into opportunities.

If there's a match, we'll design you for a role based on your talents and experience within our projects or product divisions, or a combination of both.

Communicate in depth with customers to understand business processes and needs.

Evaluate the client's business processes against the defined solution (as it is and should be).

Configure defined solutions to meet customer needs.

Guide customers to make changes to their business processes based on standard processes

Lead developer and/or partner teams

Provide leadership in specific functional areas based on best practices.

Create and execute functional test scenarios and scripts.

Assist customers with testing.

Training colleagues, partners and (eventually) customers

You have obtained or are about to obtain a master's degree (e.g. Economics, Industrial Engineering: Management Information Systems, etc.).

You are a dynamic team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

You are fluent in Dutch (native language) and English; knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.

You are flexible and enjoy traveling within Belgium and the Netherlands.

Our Ferranti Knowledge Center has an extensive training program tailored to the needs of young graduates.
