Business Analyst Internship - 2024

We are looking for a proactive Business Analysis Intern to join our available roles in the following teams: Supply Chain, Network Planning, Warehouse Layout, Transport, Last Mile, Finance, Planning and Analysis or Finance and Controlling.

Recruitment Process

If this sounds interesting, here is the application and recruitment process: The first stage is an online assessment, which you will receive when you apply for the position. This assessment takes approximately ⚠ minutes. If successful, you will proceed to the final stage, a panel interview consisting of two interviews. You may also need to take a language test. Your analytical and technical skills will be tested.

This internship is a learning opportunity where you will test your skills and willingness to take action to complete a project that supports your own growth within the business analytics function and the success of the team and our clients. This may include:

• Learning to collaborate across multiple teams and geographies.
• Develop and execute complex data analysis to drive sound business decisions.
• Help identify process improvement opportunities to develop optimized and scalable solutions.
• Work with the team to conduct root cause analysis of the issues you face.
• You will help develop the business case for new programs and services.
• You will be involved in the development, deployment, maintenance and improvement of performance metrics dashboards.
• You will become part of a team of trusted advisors across the business.

Basic Qualifications

We want to hire the most talented people and provide them with an environment where they can relentlessly improve our customer experience. You are currently pursuing a two-year or more college degree in business analysis, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a similar discipline. You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros, pivot tables, lookups, VBA) You are proficient in SQL/ETL. You can complete a full-time internship (⚠-⚠ months) and be entitled to work in the country. You can speak and write English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at VB&VH Experts. If you meet all of the basic qualifications listed above, we'd love to hear from you. Analytical, detailed Business outcome-oriented with the ability to innovate and streamline processes and practices Any other technical skills such as coding (e.g. Python, R, Django), data visualization (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, PowerPivot, MicroStrategy) or familiarity with operations research Oracle and/or all AWS products (e.g. Redshift, EMR) Previous work experience – summer job, internship; experience in related field or business is a plus. Any additional technical expertise is considered a plus.
