Job Description:

Our Job Center in Brussels Center is looking for a new team member. As a domestic services specialist, you will embody all the values of P&J Connect. You will lead the entire organization and be the primary point of contact for both clients and caregivers. The role consists of two parts: Administration and Recruitment.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Administration:
• Managing and monitoring requests for service vouchers.
• Effective planning for each household helper.
• Preventing goods administration and accurately and regularly recording data (contract, performance, customer data, etc.).
• Being the first point of contact for all requests for household help related to their company.
2. Recruitment:
• Receiving and registering applicants.
• Recruiting and selecting household help.

You are a consistent, positive individual with good communication skills and the ability to deal with various individuals. You have fluency in Dutch and French, as well as comprehensive knowledge of English. You have gained some first-hand work experience. You know how to focus your energy and are not limited by unforeseen obstacles.
