#Ownership BNFL Cash Flow Manager

Purpose: In this position, you will be part of a young and dynamic Controlling team at the Leuven headquarters, reporting directly to the Controlling Director of the BeNeFraLux business unit. As a CF Manager, you'll be responsible for one of the company's most important KPIs: cash. Your role is diverse, and you will work with a broad team of stakeholders from multiple departments (from purchasing and production to sales and debt collection).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop budgets for CF across our ⚠ countries.
  • CF Monthly Forecast.
  • Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Continuously improve processes, standardize, and optimize reporting processes.
  • Conduct monthly performance meetings with the BU President.
  • Develop a strategy to improve cash flow sustainably, work with wider stakeholders to take initiatives and drive cash flow-related changes.
  • Track cash conversions and other CF KPIs.
  • You will also be responsible for the commercial investment budget, challenge the commercial team on planned investments, and drive investments that drive value.
  • They conduct post-mortem reviews of business investments.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance (or similar degree based on experience).
  • Learn more about balance sheet accounts and their connection to the income statement.
  • Minimum ⚠-⚠ years of experience in a finance role.
  • Applicants with experience in multinational companies or BIG⚠ will be given priority.
  • Language: English (French and/or Dutch preferred).
  • Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Conduct monthly performance meetings with the BU President. Develop strategies to sustainably improve Global Recruitment with wider stakeholders to initiate initiatives and drive change related to cash flow. Track cash conversions and other CF KPIs. You will also be responsible for the commercial investment budget, challenging the commercial team's investment plans and allowing for value-added investments. They conduct post-mortem evaluations of business investments.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance (or experience-based equivalent)
  • Detailed understanding of balance sheet accounts and P&L accounting
  • Minimum ⚠-⚠ years of experience in finance functions
  • Multinational or BIG⚠ experience preferred
  • Languages: English (French and (or Dutch)
  • Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Cognos) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Natural collaborator and team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of performance in fast-paced results.
