Operations are at the heart of A&T Match’s customer experience. At A&T Match, we improve the customer experience by continuously optimizing the complex process of shipping packages to customers across Europe.

EU ATS Performance Management is looking for an Operations Analyst with a passion for working on projects to improve customer experience. The team works with stakeholders from business and technology teams to define, specify, develop and implement solutions to improve customer experience. You will use a combination of analytical, problem-solving, technical and communication skills to ensure business teams can make data-driven decisions. You will brainstorm, design, develop and maintain dashboards, data sources and ad-hoc data analytics to support cross-functional customers and drive effective data storytelling. The successful candidate will understand and enjoy using business intelligence tools, be able to model cubes, and be able to work effectively with executives to answer critical business questions. You will also need the ability to work independently and ambiguously in a complex, fast-paced, high-throughput environment that requires multitasking. You will manage and execute projects from start to finish, including data collection and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of findings and recommendations. You are passionate about continuously improving the customer experience (internal and external) and employee experience. You have flexibility and a track record of success. You are able to deliver results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions for metric monitoring, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and more to support analytics and business needs. Responsible for creating key process indicators. Build automated data solutions and dashboards that enable teams to self-manage their data needs. Write queries using standard query syntax to retrieve the required data. Periodically identify more advanced query optimization methods. Transform data to make it available for analysis. Recognize and adopt best practices for reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation and documentation. Leverage statistical techniques, data mining, and/or machine learning to create new, scalable analyzes for business problems. Design and drive experiments to develop actionable recommendations. Make recommendations and drive decisions. You have experience influencing senior stakeholders, earning their trust and driving business teams to take action. Basic qualifications.

• Recently completed degree in business analytics, finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, supply chain, logistics or similar discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Macros, Pivot, Find, VBA).
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of and prioritization of a broad range of scalable reporting/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in making recommendations and decisions based on complex analysis and data.
• Customization of problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate highly analytical, detail-oriented, and professional business acumen; ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions and experience implementing such mechanisms to achieve results; ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and work on an incremental basis.
• Achieve effective results in a dynamic, ever-increasing and often unclear environment; effective multitasking skills are critical.

Priority Qualifications.

• Learn about project management, managing multiple priorities and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates with passion and interest in processes and systems for manufacturing, distribution centers or logistics will be preferred.
• Previous work experience – summer jobs, internships; experience in a related field or business, even better.
