Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and colleagues to create architectural designs, including infrastructure solution design, network design, business continuity and disaster recovery design.
• Set up YAML pipelines for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps
• Automatically trigger builds, tests, scans (quality, dependencies, security) and deployments of applications and infrastructure in Azure and Kubernetes.
• Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Bicep to deploy and support reliable, scalable, and secure Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Securely design, containerize and deploy .NET services to Kubernetes using Helm.
• Calculate required environment size (sandbox, production) and identify and configure required cloud resources.
• Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity and performance (issues), monitor Azure resources, and release new software and infrastructure releases to Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Work closely with project managers and architects on sprint planning, license usage, costs Management, Azure setup DevOps projects and templates, etc.
• Collaborate, mentor, and follow up with colleagues to develop and design infrastructure, services, and pipelines, and execute releases...on an end-to-end basis.

Additionally, you'll help your colleagues expand their knowledge of the Azure platform. You share your expertise in Azure, contribute to the growth of our team and mentor (junior) colleagues.

You have:

• At least ⚠ years of experience in architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in provisioning Azure cloud resources using Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Dynamics ⚠, .NET, Visual Studio Enterprise, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Continuously step out of your comfort zone, explore new technologies and ensure end-to-end solutions.
• Strong leadership skills (coaching, empowering and motivating, showing confidence, building trust...)

• A strong communicator who can negotiate at different levels (developers, corporate, C-level stakeholders...) and build consensus.
