Associate Product Marketing Manager, Marketing
About the position
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will participate in the APMM Program, Google's global marketing program for early career marketers. During your time with the program, you will participate in marketing projects that are prioritized in your organization, you will develop a variety of marketing abilities, you will associate with a large community of peers and graduates, and you will have support from dedicated mentors and senior leaders.
Alongside your core duties, you are supposed to complete developmental goals, learn about the APMM programming language, and participate in the APMM community in a productive manner. You'll be assigned marketing initiatives within the EMEA Marketing organization that will support their business objectives, and you'll make direct contributions to projects that are larger in scope, with specific guidance.
For instance, you may participate in the development of the voice of the consumer into a product development process and/or create awareness of the go-to-market strategies for promoting new products and features to target demographics. You can promote growth marketing and optimization, contribute to the Google brand strategy, acquire user information, and/or manage campaigns and programming.
Responsibilities
- Help in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for new products or features and in measuring the effectiveness of these strategies against key metrics.
- Help with developing programs that will acquire customers (including marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, billing, events, and measuring the effectiveness of these programs).
- The support team should be able to evaluate the product and features in order to improve them to better satisfy the user's needs, the product's readiness for release, and communicate the new features to the user.
- Help with developing client and executive narratives as well as cases, all of which are intended to promote the business's momentum and have a greater association with Google's customers and partners.
- Help with marketing tasks that are related to a larger product or project, under the supervision of the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Marketing, brand management, strategy planning, marketing agencies, technology, or another field associated with marketing during regular employment, short-term projects, or college classes.
- Capacity to speak English fluently.

- A passion for and knowledge of Google's products and the technology industry.
- Fantastic program management and communication abilities.
- Interested in marketing, brand management, strategy planning, advertising, technology, or other fields.
- Problem-solving triumph, with the capacity to create and comprehend a strategy.
- Global perspective and the capacity to consider disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios across the globe.
- Understanding of ambiguity and flexibility; the capacity to communicate in both French and Dutch fluently.
