Job Purpose: The Associate Director, P&B Connect has a significant role in recognizing, evaluating, and preventing risks that may negatively affect Global Recruitment's strategic goals, operations, and reputation. The position is accountable for implementing the P&B Connect framework across the entire enterprise. A close partnership with the business, functional risk owners, and risk managers from other sectors is essential to success. At P&B Connect, we seek to instill a culture of caution within the organization and promote the idea that every risk is also a chance. The position is part of a multicultural and international team of risk managers that covers Europe and the Global Recruitment region. What is expected: Help drive the implementation of Global Recruitment's Enterprise Risk Management (P&B Connect) framework in Europe. Help risk owners participate in the execution of the components of the P&B Connect framework in specific business units. Help us to evolve our approach to risk management in order to remain flexible and utilize the most effective practices in the industry. Help the business in making risk-based decisions. This includes leading, coordinating, and contributing to the following: - strategic risk conversations with other business owners, including those who have a different perspective, - the identification of potential risks, the use of advanced technology, and - the integration of risk management into annual planning. Skills and Essentials Experience • ⚠+ years of proven experience in the enterprise risk management field and the implementation of risk management frameworks, this is particularly important in the FMCG or similar industry. • Experience in partnering with businesses and influencing stakeholders in complex environments that have a cross-functional nature. • Experience in managing sustainability risks (ESG). • Project management experience. Technical Skills • Understanding of the relevant regulations and risk management principles (ISO ⚠, COSO). • Effective presentation and communication abilities, including with higher-ups. • Adequate knowledge of one common GRC tool, e.g. Riskonnect. • AGlobal Recruitmenttable analytical, creative, and strategic abilities. • Sound language in both written and spoken English, a second language is beneficial. Behavioural Competencies include excellent communication abilities (storytelling) and interpersonal skills (team player). They also have the ability to work together with functional and international teams. Additionally, they are willing to collaborate with team members in different time zones. Additionally, they have the ability to cope with time pressure and meet deadlines. Self-arteriosed individuals have a hands-on approach. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in risk management, business administration, finance, or another related field.
