Job Description: Assistant Treasurer

We are looking for an Assistant Treasurer for an international player and market leader based in Antwerp. The role involves:

• Defining the appropriate liquidity amount for the business
• Managing the gross debt portfolio through debt issuance and redemption
• Managing debt relationships with financial providers
• Defining capital structures for business combinations
• Participating in documentation and preparation of financial materials
• Conducting financial analysis and creating financial models
• Providing advice on various financial matters

Requirements:

• ⚠-⚠ years of experience in the debt capital market
• Experience in large corporations or banks
• Strong knowledge of ESG, Credit Rating, and financial risk evaluation
• Deep understanding of accounting, tax law, and financial instruments
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook and PowerPoint
