Assistant Order Administration


About the position

As an assistant to the order administration, you are the primary point of contact for our customers, and you ensure that requested products are delivered on time. Answer customer questions via phone or email as quickly as possible, and remain aware of current events. Create strong customer relationships in order to understand their needs and plan activities with proper consideration. Join other teams in order to address issues. Key duties include receiving and processing orders, preparing a shipping note and CMR, welcoming and registering visitors, transporting requests, and responding to questions via email or phone. Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Basic computer knowledge;
  • The capacity to work in an international environment;
