Job description:

Our client is a consistent presence and a powerful participant in the logistics community of the port area, with various locations and activities worldwide. Today they have their headquarters and a new office in the heart of Antwerp. Are you interested in a new challenge in the field of Accountancy? Do you have a passion for mathematics and are you characterized as a bit perfectionistic and dedicated? Do you also have an interest in the world of logistics? Then this position is specially designed for you! You will be responsible for:

• Daily monitoring of outstanding customer invoices;
• Processing both sales invoices and customer payments;
• Corresponding with your manager;
• Taking the initiative to personally contact customers to remind them of their payments if necessary;
• Checking the balance of their payments with the sales invoices and taking action towards payment/processing if needed;
• Collaborating closely with your team on individual projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience;
• ⚠-⚠ years of accounting experience;
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages;
• Experience in the logistics sector is a plus;
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French;
• Enthusiastic team player, strong communicator, and detail-oriented.
