ACES Business Analyst, EUCF ACES

The EU W&W Partners (ACES) team is tasked with improving the performance of Amazon's European operations from the vendor to the customer. Weeks before the customer, we work towards the goal of developing new solutions that will improve the experience of customers while also lowering the cost of delivery. These solutions will support our continued growth while also improving the quality of service.

The Project Management team focuses on the highest level of projects and opportunities across the European territory that have a significant impact on business-critical decisions and that take the performance of the operations to a new level.

We are seeking exceptional Business Analysts who will contribute to the core team in ACES. As a business analyst, you will participate in the project management team and help with complex operational issues that will improve the efficiency of Amazon's European operations. Your job will play a significant role in the design, testing and implementation of solutions that will help to achieve superior performance in our operations.

Develop a data collection approach that will facilitate the definition and improvement of operational performance. Extract and analyze the data to provide crucial information that creates a compelling, data-based storyline. Automate the reports and create dashboards that will help you to monitor the effects of your solutions. Contribute to the design of the project and the resolution of issues with the project team. Formulate and test hypotheses with the project team. Understand the operational processes on the ground and identify issues. Support the project's progression and the resolution of issues with the project team.

Operations, Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain) The position is appropriate for Business Analysts that want to evolve into project management. The position requires travel as necessary based on the project's requirements. We are open to receiving candidates that work from one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree of experience with large scale data analysis that supports business decision making.
• Proficiency with extracting and processing data via SQL.
• Understanding of processes and the use of data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to present the data to a large audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate scripting abilities (primarily Python) in Minitab/Taubel Project management experience.
