Job Description:

For our client in the energy sector in ⚠ EVERE, BRUSSELS, we are looking for an ASSISTANT BUSINESS CONTROLLER to manage both the administrative and financial aspects of the company. Your tasks will include:

• Handling daily orders, quotes, deliveries, and invoices in Sellsy and Global Recruitment
• Processing incoming supplier invoices
• Addressing customer inquiries about their invoices via phone and email
• Assisting in customer billing and managing accounts receivable
• Entering supplier payments via ISABEL

Requirements:

• Background in office management, sales, or logistics
• Minimum of two years of experience dealing with delivery notes and invoices
