Accountant | Events

We are looking for an accountant specializing in events for our client in Oldham. Their goal is to make every event engaging, unique and sophisticated, with a focus on creating unforgettable moments. They are known for their innovative dining concepts, constantly evolving by sourcing quality ingredients and exploring flavor combinations to work wonders for a variety of tastes. Whether it's a private party or a corporate event, she is dedicated to using her passion to plan and orchestrate your most precious moments.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting management: purchasing, sales and finance;
• Classifying and reviewing invoices;
• Creating, monitoring, approving and tracking outgoing invoices;
• Identifying conflicts between orders and items listed on sales invoices;
• Debt collection and customer dispute monitoring;
• Restaurant cashier management: day-to-day operations and closing;
• Handle multi-business accounting issues with an open attitude, dealing with multiple legal entities;
• Manage communication with external accountants;
• Participate in monthly closing: Record various processes.

Administrative tasks:

• Salary payment
• Introduction to various secretarial tasks

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least ⚠ years of experience as an accountant or similar position;
• Knowledge of spoken and written French; knowledge of spoken and written Dutch is an advantage;
• Proficiency in commonly used Office and computer tools: Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Preference will be given to those who understand the accounting software "FINANCE – Atilissima" (accounting software IllicoSoft);
• Flexible tasks and strong adaptability;
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle the workload independently;
• Customer-oriented and business-oriented personality;
• Beautiful presentation, flexible, and efficient;
