# Ownership Account Manager Wholesale
We are currently looking to strengthen our team of Account Managers in the Wholesale sector in the Brussels and Hainaut region. The OnTrade W team handles relationships with Belgian wholesalers who are our supply partners for indirect customers.
To ensure a positive relationship with each of our approximately ⚠ wholesalers, we are looking for a dynamic force to actively fill key positions in W⚠. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, goals and objectives.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers and responds promptly to inquiries, concerns and questions.
- Manage relationships with various major wholesalers while acting as a true brand ambassador.
- Increase sales, budget volume and profitability of your food and beverage outlets.
- Work with customers to develop activation/account plans to ensure we have the strongest market presence by maximizing revenue and unlocking sharing opportunities.
- Implementing joint business plans for our clients ensures we deliver on key business metrics while remaining consumer-focused.
- Monitor and analyze business data.
- Agree on KPIs for your wholesaler portfolio and implement them into specific action plans to achieve set goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving all issues promptly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Work with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are met and products and services are delivered as promised.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments, as well as competitors and their products.
