As a sales team employee, you are responsible for the success of 🔗 and our customers! They sell 🔗 products to a variety of companies, connecting job seekers and employers.

Your tasks:

• Handle the sales process from search to closed deal via phone anytime, anywhere
• Advise clients on their recruitment needs (single point of contact)
• Work with Customer Service to fulfill your orders
• Find Initiatives to Increase Your Sales Activity

Your Profile: We need an Account Manager who must have:

• A heart that beats faster when searching for new prospects.
• The brain works better when it can complete transactions.
• The mind becomes enlightened when strict KPIs and deadlines are enforced, and
• The mind becomes more beautiful when able to execute sales plans and provide recommendations to customers.
• Subjects that move more smoothly in B⚠B environments.
• Fluent in English, French and German!
• Luxembourgish is a plus!
