Account Manager - MedTech - Intensive Care - Wallonia - FR/EN

Our client is looking for an Account Manager in the field of critical care to promote and sell the medical equipment they offer in the French-speaking part of Belgium. You report directly to the Sales Manager. Our client is a global medical technology company that provides solutions to hospitals and life sciences facilities. The company is known for its products and services in areas such as infection control, surgical procedures, and patient care. Our customers are from Europe, which provides a good working atmosphere and broad development prospects.

As a successful Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales goals.
• Acting as the primary point of contact to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities among existing customers.
• Having strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry trends.
• Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Staying up to date on changes in healthcare policy, regulations, and technology.

To be successful as an Account Manager, you will have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related field.
• Minimum ⚠ years of experience managing accounts in the healthcare industry - experience in a similar stage of care would be a huge advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare products and services is critical.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent knowledge of French and English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
