• Assisting Key Account Manager in contract closure.
• Following up on connection requests and technical investigations.
• Providing technical analyses and managing customer queries and complaints.
• Managing customer data accurately.
• Coordinating events and communications.
• Identifying process improvements and proposing solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial, civil, or commercial engineering.
• ⚠-⚠ years of experience.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and basic knowledge of other languages including English.
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
