Your Tasks:

• Provide superior quality care daily with a passion for mentoring.
• Ensure quality of care and provide emotional support to mentors and their families.
• Maintain nursing records and resident files including medications, injections, blood tests, wound care, etc.
• Collaborate with other talents on teams and projects to find solutions.
• Exercise effective observation skills and assess situations with attention to detail.
• Offer support to mentors and their families, acting as a cornerstone for them.
• Work 38 hours per week indefinitely, including 2 weekends.
• Receive meal discounts after 6 months of service and travel expense compensation.
