In addition to nursing tasks, you focus on ensuring care quality. Informing and providing emotional support to mentors and their families are among your responsibilities. You serve as a pillar of support for both mentors and their families. You maintain nursing records and are responsible for residents' files, medication, injections, blood work, wound care, etc.
