Job Description

This position is responsible for creating a cleaning schedule for both assistants and caregivers in home care. Working as part of the team, you will be supported by the team coach and administrative assistant. These individuals ensure that our clients receive the proper care. You strategically manage the care for our clients and are jointly responsible for timely communication of the schedule to our caregivers and cleaning assistants. The planning tool can facilitate a more efficient match between demand and supply. Cancellations by the customer and employee sickness or departure are common occurrences, but this tool and your creative personality ensure that you can successfully complete these tasks each time. You maintain continuous telephone or email communication with the customer, the employee, and other participants, ensuring that all parties are always informed of the agreements made or changes.

For those involved in cleaning and caregiving, you must also approve leave requests and verify the performance of those involved in the HR department in order to compensate them correctly.

You have strong organizational skills and always maintain perspective. Hands-on experience in staff management is helpful. Customer-oriented communication over the phone is enjoyable for you. You are ambitious and can advocate for your perspective, with honesty and respect for others' experiences. You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in French and English. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and you have a talent for learning new software programs.
