Job Description:

As a supervisor, you will lead the team of cleaning professionals and administrators and be responsible for the quality of the care process. As a team member, you will work together with the team scheduler and administrative support to ensure that our customers receive quality care. You will lead a team of assistants and caregivers in home care and be responsible for the quality of the care process. Initially, your task will be to oversee the collective care region of Brussels and the Flemish River.

As a team manager, you will follow up with your employees on their first day by creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will maintain contact with your team through regular meetings involving the whole team and individual discussions on performance and evaluation.

In this role, you will act as a coach for various groups. You will also assist colleagues in conducting job interviews and creating schedules. You will have direct contact with: our maintenance services in terms of personnel management, customers in terms of our quality care, and other healthcare providers to offer top-notch care to our customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree demonstrating qualifications connected to healthcare personnel.

• Management experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Dutch and basic knowledge of French.
• Driver's license B with a full-time permanent contract (38 hours per week).
