Job Description: Talent Management Advisor
The business unit "Talent Management" at Hudson focuses on supporting clients from the public sector including local organizations, public institutions, Flemish and federal entities, as well as European institutions and agencies. The main goal is to enhance and improve public organizations by assessing and developing the capabilities of individuals and teams. As an advisor, you will be actively involved in assessing and developing hired talent at Hudson's learning centers in the public sector. Your responsibilities include writing reports focusing on development, providing feedback to clients and participants, and collaborating with them on creating a development plan. You will be fully engaged in projects with clients from start to finish. Upon joining our Talent Management team for the Public Sector, you will learn our assessment methodology and gain hands-on experience in projects, taking on an advisory role from the start. Gradually, you will take on more development assignments for your clients, act as an instructor, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor embedding the learning and growth features of your clients.
By becoming an integral advisor in human resources, you will also have the ability to shape projects at a more strategic level related to organizational design, succession management, and internal mobility. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and colleagues from other HR departments to offer customized total solutions to your clients. Your role will involve assisting leading organizations in their field by providing a distinctive feature.

You should hold a bachelor's degree, have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent development from a government perspective, corporate background, or consultancy. Mastery of the Hudson assessment method is required. Fluency in Dutch and English or French, both written and spoken, is essential. You will take on the role of project leader and possess exceptional account management skills.
