The Human Resources department of Dries Van Noten is currently seeking a competent Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the entire recruitment process from A to Z. As a key partner, you will assess the business's development needs and define a recruitment strategy. Your innovative HR ideas can further enhance the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying business needs and creating attractive job descriptions.
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with hunters and external recruiters.
• Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing advice to companies.
• Assisting from the initial stages to contract signing.
• Developing and executing onboarding procedures, supporting managers, and offering relevant advice.
• Staying up-to-date with fashion trends and recruitment processes, implementing new ideas in line with the organization's style and brand.
• Creating tailored training programs and workshops to enhance performance management processes.
• Reporting to the HR director and working on various HR projects.

You should have a bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience, exceptional English verbal skills, and a passion for fashion. French knowledge is advantageous.
