Position: Solution Delivery Analyst

Your tasks:

• Focus on automated stores ensuring Colruyt's future.
• Improve product quality and increase popularity by contributing ideas and conducting tests.
• Collaborate with development teams for successful product/software delivery and releases.
• Monitor third-line support and participate in coordinating activities.
• Handle incidents and work with the Service Delivery Manager on system maintenance and support.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases, plan training, and provide advice to development teams on scalability and support.
• Assist in transitioning from MVP to complete solutions, ensuring product quality.
• Provide guidance to offshore team members.

Requirements:

• Background in IT, technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of ITIL process experience.
• Problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility in work approach and proficiency in English.
