  • Overseeing the IT end-user support service contract for AXA Belgium
  • Ensuring service delivery in accordance with agreed upon SLA's
  • Participating in governance associated with different partners
  • Defining priorities in line with the Quality Assurance team and business needs
  • Implementing Continuous Improvement plans
  • Monitoring the quality of Workplace services and overall employee satisfaction
  • Owning the Service Desk Practice (ITSM) and enhancing its efficiency
