- Overseeing the IT end-user support service contract for AXA Belgium
- Ensuring service delivery in accordance with agreed upon SLA's
- Participating in governance associated with different partners
- Defining priorities in line with the Quality Assurance team and business needs
- Implementing Continuous Improvement plans
- Monitoring the quality of Workplace services and overall employee satisfaction
- Owning the Service Desk Practice (ITSM) and enhancing its efficiency
