Job Description: Senior HR Business Partner

Your tasks will include:

• Advising management and employees on various HR topics.
• Participating in HR initiatives such as HRIS.
• Leading strategic Learning & Development projects.
• Instructing HR professionals in integrating L&D policies.
• Being part of the HR team and reporting to the CHRO.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international context.
• Passionate about learning and development.
• Familiar with HR management processes and relevant social rules.
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
• Strong project management skills and a mature character.
