Role: Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan considering readiness strategy, market situation, and product offerings
  • Lead a team of 8 managers and 17 assistants to achieve sales goals
  • Define modern sales statistics, assist in challenging negotiations, and promote cross-selling
  • Focus on current and future customer needs for innovation
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and team progress
  • Report to the Commercial Director

Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Familiarity with the foodservice industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, knowledge of German and French is a plus
