Role: Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan considering readiness strategy, market situation, and product offerings
- Lead a team of 8 managers and 17 assistants to achieve sales goals
- Define modern sales statistics, assist in challenging negotiations, and promote cross-selling
- Focus on current and future customer needs for innovation
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and team progress
- Report to the Commercial Director
Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, knowledge of German and French is a plus
